Sarah Mitchell is a Senior Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting children and families through early intervention services.
She has extensive experience conducting functional assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and working collaboratively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to help children achieve meaningful outcomes.
Sarah has a special interest in sensory processing, fine motor development, emotional regulation, and school readiness. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based, family-centred care that empowers children to reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.
