Xiaomin (Hannah) (Melbourne)

Therapy Supervisor

Hannah He is a Certified Behaviour Analyst based in South East Melbourne. She holds master’s degrees in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Teaching in Early Childhood Education, and is currently working towards her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

With over six years of experience, Hannah has supported children aged 2 to 12 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and various comorbid diagnoses. Her approach integrates the principles of ABA with insights from her teaching background and collaborative work alongside multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, school principals, speech pathologists, counselling psychologists, and occupational therapists.

Hannah is highly skilled in developing individualized support plans tailored to each family’s unique needs, with a strong focus on enhancing learners’ skills and independence across home, school, and community settings. She has successfully guided many children through the transition from early childhood programs to mainstream schooling, and actively supports schools in fostering inclusive environments for students with additional needs.

Her expertise also includes managing severe behavioural challenges and anxiety, as well as addressing sleep difficulties and food selectivity. Seeing her clients grow, discover their strengths, and reach their goals is the best part of the job.
