Therapy Supervisor

Jenny has a deep-seated passion for supporting children and their development towards living independent lives by creating a supportive environment where they can thrive and achieve their full potential.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Macquarie University with an initial passion to become a psychologist. She furthered her education with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology at Monash University. While she was at the Lizard Centre during her years of study, her interest in Applied Behavior Analysis grew and motivated her to complete a Master’s of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Griffith University. She is also registered as a Positive Behaviour practitioner.

Before joining the Lizard Centre, Jenny dedicated herself to supporting children and adults with additional needs, focusing particularly on autistic individuals. Starting as a Therapy Assistant at the Lizard Centre, she advanced to become a Registered Behavior Technician in 2021.

Throughout her tenure, Jenny implemented programs and fostered impactful relationships with her clients. Her commitment to Applied Behavior Analysis led her to assume roles such as Assistant Therapy Supervisor. She supported supervisors in conducting assessments, developing programs, training therapy assistants, and educating parents to enhance their skills at home.
