Rohafza (Melbourne)
Therapy Supervisor
Rohafza Ali is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and nearly five years of experience in early intervention. She has supported children aged 1–12 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down syndrome, language delays, and other developmental and developmental needs.
Rohafza has experience conducting assessments, including the VB-MAPP, and developing individualised behaviour support and skill acquisition programs tailored to each child’s current skills and developmental level.
Her approach is client-centred, focusing on building meaningful skills that increase independence, communication, and participation in daily life. She believes that building a strong rapport with each child is the foundation for successful learning, and aims to make therapy engaging, enjoyable, and meaningful while bringing joy to both the child and their family.
One of the most rewarding aspects of Rohafza’s work is seeing children achieve meaningful milestones that improve their independence and quality of life. She is particularly proud of supporting children to develop functional communication, including using words to express their needs, and achieving important life skills such as independent toileting.
