Rebecca

Bec is the People and Culture Manager at Lizard Centre, bringing more than 15 years of experience in People and Culture and Human Resources roles. 

After completing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resources, Bec built her career supporting people and organisations to create positive workplace experiences and achieve strong outcomes. She particularly enjoys having meaningful conversations with people and finding ways to bring teams together. 

At Lizard Centre, Bec is passionate about creating an environment where people feel supported, enjoy coming to work and are united around a shared purpose. For Bec, seeing the team work together to achieve great outcomes for children and families is one of the most rewarding parts of her role. 

Outside of work, Bec has always had a love of travel. One of her most memorable experiences was recently introducing her two children to overseas travel in Europe and experiencing new places and cultures through their eyes.
