Peter (Sydney)
Practice Lead
Peter is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Behavioural Science degree (2012). After graduation, he began his career in the neuro-affirming industry until 2017. He then transitioned into behaviour therapy as a Registered Behaviour Technician. In 2021, driven by his passion for behaviour analysis, he pursued further education and earned certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst, later becoming a Certified Behaviour Analyst-Undergraduate.
Throughout his career, Peter has served as a Therapy Supervisor, creating programs to teach new skills and develop behaviour management plans. This role provided him with valuable expertise in behaviour support, preparing him for subsequent positions as Clinical Lead in Behaviour Support and currently as Practice Lead in NSW.
Peter has over 12 years of experience working with various age groups, from 3 to 16 years old. His primary focus is enhancing children’s communication skills to help them meet their needs, manage behaviours, and improve their overall quality of life. He supports each child’s holistic development across multiple domains and empowers parents with effective strategies, offering steadfast support. Peter is driven, passionate, empathetic, and committed to achieving the best outcomes collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree of Behavioural Science
- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst® (BCBA®)
