Mabel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Therapy Supervisor at Lizard Centre, with a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and over 14 years of experience in the field. She began her career in early intervention in 2012 and has since worked across Hong Kong, the Philippines, the UK, China and Australia, supporting children and young people in homes, schools, clinics and community settings.

Throughout her career, Mabel has taken on a variety of roles, including providing one-to-one therapy, developing social skills programmes, training therapists, supporting parents, consulting with schools and supervising therapy teams. She has worked with children and young people from around 3 to 17 years of age, including individuals with autism, ADHD and other developmental needs.
