Senior Therapy Supervisor

Lucy is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst, Certified Behaviour Analyst and NDIS registered Behaviour Support Practitioner. She started her clinical journey 9 years ago working in early intervention with autistic children and has since developed her skillset as a positive behaviour support practitioner.

Lucy has supported children of all ages in a range of settings including clinics, home, the community, childcare, kindergarten, and schools, and enjoys collaborating with young people, their families, support workers, educators and allied health professionals to best meet their goals.

Lucy’s practice is grounded in evidence-based behavioural science, and she has expertise in functional behaviour assessments, skills assessments, developing and implementing behaviour support plans, developing and supervising skills building programs as well as training therapists, families, educators and other supports.

Lucy enjoys working with children at all stages of their learning journey. She is passionate about meeting them where they are, promoting self-advocacy through communication and helping young people to learn essential skills so they can access their communities and follow their interests. With a compassionate approach and understanding of diverse needs, Lucy is committed to building positive therapeutic relationships, fostering positive outcomes and enhancing quality of life.

Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science and Italian with Honours in Psychology from The University of Melbourne, completed graduate coursework in Applied Behaviour Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology and holds a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University.

Outside of work Lucy loves spending time with her young son, reading, cooking (and eating!), and camping.
