Lucilyn holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 7 years of experience supporting children with special needs, particularly autistic individuals and early learners. Throughout her career, she has worked across home, school, community, and clinical settings, providing consistent, individualized, and meaningful support tailored to each person’s needs.
Lucilyn is committed to integrating evidence-based practices with a compassionate, person-centered approach. Her strengths include conducting comprehensive assessments and developing functional, practical programs that create real-life impact for individuals and their families. She also values strong collaboration and enjoys working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, allied health professionals, and service providers, to ensure holistic and coordinated support.
Above all, Lucilyn is passionate about empowering individuals and their families to build skills, increase independence, and meaningfully participate in their communities, with the goal of enhancing quality of life and promoting full inclusion in society.
