Therapy Supervisor
Kim has been working the field of Behaviour analysis for over 7 years. She holds a Masters in Special Education, and a Psychology Degree.
Kim is a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA), as well as an NDIS registered Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Kim began her career providing early intervention services to children aged 3 to 9, focusing on foundation skills such as communication, toleration, pre-learners, and self-help skills. She later worked with adolescents with complex behavioral needs.
Kimberly’s experience spans closely working with neurodivergent individuals in the clinical, home, school, and community settings, collaborating with parents and stakeholders to apply evidence-based practices.
Kim is competent in developing individualised intervention programs, designing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring program implementation for children and young adults with: ASD, GDD, ADHD, CP, ID, ODD and other related developmental disabilities and challenging behaviours.
