Justin is a board-certified behaviour analyst with 12 years of combined experience in special education and applied behaviour analysis. He is passionate about helping individuals overcome behavioural challenges and enhance their quality of life. He has had the opportunity to work in various settings, including homes, mainstream schools, special education schools, and special developmental schools.

Justin specializes in working with specific populations, such as children, teens with autism and adults with developmental disabilities, using client-centred and compassionate approach to achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes. His work is grounded in the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework when working in educational settings. He focuses on data-driven strategies to assess, plan, and monitor progress, always aiming to create supportive environments that foster positive changes.
