Therapy Supervisor
Nipuni, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, has over 8 years of experience delivering services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. She holds a master’s degree in education with a specialisation in Applied Behavior Analysis from Monash University. Nipuni’s expertise includes skill-based treatment, Functional Communication Training, Teaching Tolerance, and meaningful Daily Living Skills.
Starting her journey as a behaviour therapist, she is deeply committed to enriching the lives of her clients through evidence-based practices. She has traversed diverse settings such as schools, daycares, clinics, communities, and homes, catering to children aged 2 to 14 with various disabilities.
Nipuni conducts thorough assessments and devises individualised behaviour therapy and early intervention programs. She also trains and supervises parents, stakeholders, and behaviour therapists to ensure effective program implementation. Her services encompass personalised behaviour consulting, social skills training, and school readiness programs tailored to each client’s needs.
At the heart of Nipuni’s approach is a fundamental belief. She holds that the best therapy outcomes are achieved when individuals feel comfortable in their environments and are empowered and heard throughout the service implementation process. This holistic approach is a cornerstone of her practice.
