Adam

CEO

Adam is the CEO of Lizard Centre, bringing more than 10 years of senior leadership experience across disability, healthcare, medical indemnity insurance and consulting.

Adam began his career as a physiotherapist and has since completed an MBA and a master’s degree in risk management. Throughout his career, he has worked across regulated human services and healthcare organisations, with experience spanning both adult and child disability services.

At Lizard Centre, Adam is passionate about seeing children and families thrive. He particularly values the way Lizard’s teams take the time to understand each child and family, especially when their needs are complex, and work alongside them to support meaningful progress.

He is equally passionate about developing Lizard’s people. One of the things he enjoys most is seeing team members grow through Lizard’s graduate program and develop into confident, independent Certified Behaviour Analysts and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

A career achievement Adam is particularly proud of was establishing and running a medical research grants program that provided millions of dollars in funding for research and programs focused on improving quality and safety in medical practice.

Outside of work, Adam spends most of his time with his family and their Samoyed. Despite living in Sydney, the whole family are passionate Carlton supporters and enjoy watching and attending AFL games together whenever they can.
